  • Represented investor in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $25 million development of historic office building in Toledo, Ohio, which involved state credits and also represent construction lender to project.
  • Represented investor in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $101 million multi-family housing development in San Francisco, which involved tax exempt entities and multiple layers of financing.
  • Represented investor in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $83 million landmark office building in Portland, Oregon.
  • Represented investor in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $53 million multi-family housing building, with complex ground lease and financing structure in Boston, Massachusetts, with indirect REIT participation.
  • Represented investor in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $67 million multi-family housing building, with complex ground lease and financing structure in Norwalk, Connecticut, which involved use of state historic tax credits.
  • Represented developer in structuring, negotiating and closing investment in $77 million office building, with phased development and complex financing structure in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
