Buchalter’s Corporate Practice Group Represented Manscaped in A Preferred Equity Financing

Buchalter’s Corporate practice group led by Jeremy Weitz represented Manscaped in a Preferred Equity Financing led by Banner Ventures. The Buchalter team was assisted by Chad McCombs, Daniel Zhivanaj and Jerry Janoff. The team along with Robert Davidson, Vahan Khodanian and Colin Rowe also worked with Manscaped to refinance its existing credit facilities to one single facility with Blue Torch Capital.
