Michael Fuoroli is a member of the Litigation and Product Liability practice groups in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Fuoroli focuses his practice on primarily on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and products liability defense in both state and federal court. Mr. Fuoroli has experience representing business entities and high-net-worth individuals in all stages of disputes, including pre-litigation, action commencement, discovery, law in motion, settlement negotiations and trial. Mr. Fuoroli also has experience in a variety of regulatory compliance matters including California Proposition 65 and unfair business practices.
While attending law school, Mr. Fuoroli was a silver medalist in the Singapore International Mediation Competition, served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and was a Student Ambassador for the Office of Admissions.
