Damaris L. Medina represents hospital systems and a diverse array of other health care clients in high stakes litigation in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration, litigated numerous large exposure reimbursement cases against major health plans and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of health care providers. She also advises hospital systems and other health care providers on managed care contracting, revenue cycle strategies, and risk and compliance issues.
With more than 20 years of experience as a health care and commercial litigator, Andrew H. Selesnick represents health care providers in numerous areas of litigation, such as seeking reimbursement from insurance companies or defending government investigations. He also advises management on how to successfully navigate a complex regulatory environment to take advantage of business opportunities while minimizing risk.
