Buchalter's Product Liability Practice represented Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai Motor Company in a victorious win in Los Angeles Superior Court. The Plaintiff brought suit against the Hyundai Defendants, claiming that the subject, 2003 Hyundai Tiburon, was defectively designed and seeking an award of $40 million in economic and non-economic damages. The jury returned a complete defense verdict for Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai Motor Company. The Buchalter Team was lead by Senior Counsel Anne Marie Ellis, and Attorneys Paul A.
