Buchalter's Corporate and Bank & Finance Practice Groups represented Xponential Fitness (a boutique fitness studio franchiser) in its acquisition of Pure Barre, LLC., from L. Catterton. Xponential Fitness’ brands have currently over 2,200 locations and include Club Pilates, Cycle Barre, Yoga 6, Stretch Lab, AKT In Motion, Row House, and now Pure Barre. Pure Barre, LLC., has approximately 500 fitness studios throughout the country. The deal included a credit facility from Monroe Bank & Trust. Buchalter's team was led by Jeremy Weitz, Tanya Viner, and Reed Mercado with assistance from Senior Counsel Jerry Janoff and Jessie Reider, Special Counsel Tonie Bitseff and Attorney Vahan Khodanian.
