Buchalter successfully represented Fantasy Cookie, a California based cookie company, and its principals, against Bar Bakers, LLC, a wholesale bakery, and its principal. The jury found that defendants had entered into and breached a joint venture agreement and fiduciary duties. The jury awarded Buchalter’s clients $10,845,000. Buchalter’s team was led by George J.
