This event is scheduled for Thursday, October 19, and the conference is titled “Development of International Arbitration and Mediation – Charting the Path Forward, with a Focus on Potential U.S.-Japan Collaborations.” Ms. Hata’s presentation will explore the pivotal roles of courts and judges in advancing international arbitration and mediation to resolve disputes and cases. It’s worth noting that this presentation will be conducted in both English and Japanese.
