Jeffrey Garfinkle will be a guest on the American Bankruptcy Institute’s latest podcast featuring ABI Executive Director Sam Gerdano about the recent trend of symphony orchestra bankruptcy filings. Garfinkle was the lead attorney in the bankruptcy and successful restructuring of the San Diego Symphony Orchestra in the mid-1990s.
