Peter W. McGaw will be speaking at the Clean Water & Wetlands in California Conference, on the topic of Hydrologically-Connected Ground Water. He will be speaking on recent and pending court cases, including the County of Maui case on indirect discharges into Waters of the US via hydrologically connected groundwater, and the interplay of court cases with the new substantive and procedural rules.
