The rapid spread of Covid-19 has significantly disrupted the global economy and had a major impact upon the lives and businesses of all of us. Federal and State governments have made extensive emergency responses, including the fact that on March 18, 2020, the U.S. Senate, by a vote of 90-8, approved the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which was passed earlier in the week by the U.S. House of Representatives (HR 6201). This bill was signed into law by President Trump. However, this is not the only Federal or State response to Covid-19.
