
Allan Bach is an Attorney in the Firm’s Scottsdale office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Bach is results-driven business attorney with a strong foundation in commercial and business litigation. He also has experience defending employers before various state and federal agencies, and before courts concerning a wide variety of labor and employment matters. In addition, Mr. Bach also advises clients, including drafting and negotiating, on commercial and corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate strategies.
Mr. Bach brings unique perspective to clients, having worked at boutique and international law firms, in-house at professional sports franchises and a publicly traded company, and behind the bench, clerking for the Hon. Roger Brodman in the Commercial and Complex Division of the Maricopa County Superior Court.
With each client, Mr. Bach seeks to understand the unique business needs and objectives to deliver exceptional client service and results.

Mr. Bach earned his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He earned his B.S. in Managerial Economics with a Minor Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
