Ava Sadeghi is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Her legal practice is focused on partnership and corporate disputes, real estate non-disclosure actions, and business torts such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Sadeghi also represents families, individuals, and trustees in estate and trust and elder abuse litigation.
Ms. Sadeghi has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2025 and 2026.
