Bailey Peiffer is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. As a member of the real estate finance and tax credit practice groups, Mr. Peiffer represents institutional lenders, tax credit investors, community development entities and borrowers in traditional real estate-secured financing, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, New Markets Tax Credit, and Historic/Rehabilitation Tax Credit transactions.
Mr. Peiffer earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was a Research Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He earned his B.A. in Finance from The University of San Diego.
