Catie Oryl is a Special Counsel in the Firm’s Nashville office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Ms. Oryl represents individuals and businesses with a focus on corporate and business transactions, including corporate structure, entity formation, and taxation. She has experience in assisting multistate clients in corporate reorganizations and tax matters, ranging from state and local tax compliance, tax credits, and audit defense. Ms. Oryl’s extensive knowledge of state and local taxes allows her to provide valuable financial insights to clients. Further, she has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
