Mr. McCombs brings a robust and client-focused perspective to M&A transactions and the day-to-day operations of the businesses he represents as outside general counsel. He works with numerous entrepreneurs guiding start-ups through formation, crucial growth phases, and financing rounds. In his mergers and acquisitions practice, Mr. McCombs represents buyers and sellers in facilitating middle-market sale transactions, with clients ranging from private equity firms to closely held family businesses.
