Mr. McCombs earned his J.D. at UCLA School of Law and his B.A. in Economics at Columbia University. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable David J. Cowan in the Los Angeles Superior Court, and was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
