David Wilson is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Wilson was an Associate at an international law firm and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judge Jinsook Ohta of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Mr. Wilson earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. He is also a member of the UC Irvine Appellate Litigation Clinic, serving as counsel in a civil rights appeal before the Ninth Circuit. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
