Erin Scott is a member of the Real Estate practice group in the Firm’s Scottsdale office. She represents a wide range of clients, including landlords, real estate investment trusts and lenders. Erin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, specifically commercial leasing and acquisitions and dispositions. Her leasing experience includes drafting and reviewing leases, lease assignment and assumption agreements, renewals, subleases, and landlord consents. She has experience conducting due diligence for real estate transactions and reviewing complex title matters.

Ms. Scott was named to Best Lawyer’s “Ones to Watch” list in 2023-2025 for Real Estate Law.

  • Negotiated leases on behalf of landlords for over 400,000 square feet of shopping center space.
  • Represented landlord in connection with a 137,000-square-foot office lease.
  • Outside counsel for a real estate investment trust in the disposition of  81 shopping centers located throughout the United States for approximately $1.3 billion and in the disposition of 185 single-tenant properties located throughout the United States for approximately $894 million.

Ms. Scott earned her J.D. at Arizona State University. She earned her B.A. from Bowling Green State University in Sport Management.
