Grace Jang is an Attorney in the Firm’s Seattle office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Jang has advised private and public companies across industries on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings, investment management, and corporate governance.
Ms. Jang earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and her MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. While in graduate school, she was Managing Director of the Deming Center Venture Fund, a law clerk for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, and a High Growth Venture Fellow.
She earned her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
