Jack assists clients embroiled in disputes. His level-headed and analytical approach has proved effective in state and federal court, in arbitrations, mediations, and outside of litigation. Jack has successfully represented clients from a wide range of industries, including those in the real estate sector, financial institutions, general and sub-contractors, and restaurant franchisors. Jack was raised on a small farm in southern Idaho, and maintains strong connections to the agricultural community.
While in law school, Jack externed for Judge Ryan Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to law school, Jack interned for the Utah State Senate and managed a congressional campaign in Utah.

Jack earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he served as a Lead Articles Editor on the BYU Law Review and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team. He earned his B.S. in Economics and Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science, from Utah State University, where he was a Huntsman Scholar.
