Kevin Connelly is an attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the Litigation practice group. He represents a variety of clients including title insurance insureds, multinational and local businesses, and individuals.  Mr. Connelly has experience in many phases of litigation, from pre-litigation and pleadings to trial preparation.  His practice is increasingly diverse involving title insurance and bad faith claims, intellectual property disputes, contractual matters, and business torts including business interference, unfair competition, and fraud.

  • Grabba Leaf, LLC, et al. v. Best Price Distributors, LLC, et al., Case No. No. 21-cv-06689-RGK-JC (C.D. Cal. 2022): Assisted with preparation for federal trademark counterfeiting and copyright infringement jury trial, which resulted in a jury verdict for damages in favor of client.

Mr. Connelly earned his J.D. at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and earned his B.A. in Political Science—International Affairs from the University of California, Riverside, graduating summa cum laude.
