Mr. Kavanaugh received his M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the UCLA International Law Journal and Articles Editor for the UCLA Pacific Basin Law Journal. He received his B.A. in French and Economics from the University of California, Davis, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Delta Phi Economics Academic Honor Society.
