
Mi Tran is a member of the Real Estate practice group in Buchalter’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on the areas of tax credit finance, secured real estate finance, leasing and acquisitions and dispositions. Mi has represented institutional lenders, tax credit investors, community development entities and borrowers in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Historic/Rehabilitation Tax Credit, and New Markets Tax Credit transactions. She has also represented real estate owners and operators in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint venture agreements.

Ms. Tran earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she was the Chief Symposia Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She earned her B.A. in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine.
