Mr. Muse-Fisher earned his J.D. at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with distinction in 2007 and was a member of the Traynor Honor Society. While in law school, he was also a staff writer and editor for the Pacific McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal, during which he published the commentary “CAFTA-DR and the Iterative Process of Bilateral Treaty Making, Towards a United States Takings Framework for Analyzing International Expropriation Claims.” Mr. Muse-Fisher received his B.A. in Japanese Language Studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2002, and spent time working overseas in Osaka, Japan.
