Mitchell Kim is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices and a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice group. His practice covers multiple aspects of commercial law, focusing on disputes of business activities including contract, corporate ownership, partnership, distribution of assets, and trademark/copyright.

Mr. Kim’s clients include Fortune 500 companies for whom he has tried a range of litigation matters in bench and jury trials. He also serves as general outside counsel for a variety of private companies, both large and small, with varying needs and capacity.

Mr. Kim was selected to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for Business Litigation from 2018-2021. He was also named among Pasadena Top Attorneys from 2014-2019.
