Paul Belva is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on civil, business, probate and real estate litigation. Mr. Belva has extensive experience solving residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and representing multifamily property owners in complex litigation matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Belva was a certified litigation paralegal for ten years and volunteered as Vice President of the University of San Diego Paralegal Program Alumni Board.

Mr. Belva earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, magna cum laude. During his time in law school, Mr. Belva was the Editor-in-Chief of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and received honors recognition every semester. He earned his B.A. in International Political Science from Pepperdine University.
