
Peter V. Hogan is a Shareholder in Buchalter’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Hogan represents middle market and emerging growth companies in initial public offerings, second offerings, mergers and acquisitions, angel and venture capital financing, 1934 Act reporting obligations, as well as the interests of broker-dealers.
Mr. Hogan’s clients include private early stage, middle market, and publicly traded companies from the entertainment, digital media, manufacturing, restaurant, and technology industries. Mr. Hogan also advises companies on corporate governance, executive employment and shareholder matters.
