Renee M. Shprecher’s real estate practice focuses on development and commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions and sales, and financing. She represents local and national developers and investors in all phases of real estate development, including the preparation and negotiation of leases, purchase agreements, development agreements, financing and loan documents, SNDAs and estoppel certificates, CC&Rs, easement and reciprocal access agreements, and the review of all phases of due diligence and title materials.
Ms. Shprecher’s practice also includes assisting developers with various business and corporate issues, including structuring and forming corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, preparing and documenting joint venture agreements, and advising boards of directors on general business law issues.
