Richard Lee Stavins is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation and Appellate practice groups. Mr. Stavins is a litigator representing individuals, companies and municipalities in a wide variety of civil matters. He has represented clients for over 50 years in trial courts and appellate courts, with a particular emphasis on wrongful death, employment discrimination, municipal law, breach of contract, insurance coverage, personal injury, civil rights cases, and all manner of litigation and appeal..
