Timothy E. Hameetman is an Attorney in the Firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Hameetman concentrates his practice in the area of Business and Commercial Litigation. He collaborates with seasoned firm shareholders and attorneys in connection with all aspects of commercial litigation including investigations, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial matters, trial, and if appropriate, settlements and/or appeals of trial decisions. Mr. Hameetman advises on matters ranging from commercial disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, to shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, arbitration, among others. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Hameetman was providing counsel in the areas of medical malpractice litigation, hospital liability, long-term care litigation and general liability defense representing small business owners, nursing homes and hospitals to large municipalities.
