We are seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support our San Francisco office. Candidates must have extensive, recent experience working within business litigation in a law firm environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to, drafting, preparing, and processing a variety of court and legal documents, including electronic filing in state and federal courts; entering attorney time; preparing and distributing client bills; answering phones; managing calendars and expense reimbursements along with other general secretarial duties and projects as assigned.
This position requires a professional, organized self-starter with the ability to interact with staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment. Essential qualities for this role include a proactive work ethic, the ability to anticipate needs, strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
