Jonathan Wilson, Speaker at American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education

Shareholder Jonathan Wilson will be presenting on “New Real Estate Reporting Rule: What You Must Do Now” through ALI-CLE (American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education). The event will be held on October 13, 2025 at 12pm p.m. Eastern. 

The presentation (1.0 hours CLE) will provide an overview of the FinCEN Residential Real Estate rule, taking effect December 1, 2025.  When implemented, FinCEN’s new regulation will require closing attorneys and title agents in non-financed transfers of residential real property to file a report with FinCEN that provides key information about the transaction, including the beneficial ownership of the transferee/purchaser.
