Kendall Woods, Co-Panel Member for the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s 2025 Fall Conference-September 4

Shareholder Kendall Woods will be one of three leading industry panel members presenting on “The Starting Gate: A Practical Guide to Negotiating  Tricky Clauses in Prime and Subcontracts” at the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s 2025 Fall Conference.  The event will be held in Louisville, Kentucky on September 4.  Kendall will discuss the “Top 5” critical Prime and Subcontract terms and provide perspectives from the Owner, General Contractor, and Subcontractor, including preferred revisions to standard AIA documents from all parties’ perspectives, as well as discussion of finding the middle ground.
