Michael Flynn will be presenting at the Western Bankers Association Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Conference. Mr. Flynn’s presentation will be on  “Section 1071 Dodd Frank Takes Shape – The Soon to be Issued CFPB Final Rule Creating a New Regime for Small Business Lending Data Collection (Regulation B)”. The Conference will be on November 15-18 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
