Partner Sandy C. Isaac will be a presenter at the Southern California Mediation Association’s (SCMA) 2026 Family Mediation Institute Conference scheduled March 3-6, 2026. Ms. Isaac will be speaking on the topic “Mediation Strategies for Preventing Post‑Divorce Trust and Estate Disputes” with a focus on how to anticipate and prevent post-divorce trust and estate conflicts by understanding the legal and financial issues that often
arise around family wealth.
The Conference will be completely free to all attendees and held across four days of virtual Lunch & Learn workshops, each running from 12:00–1:30 PM (PT). Each session will include one hour of expert presentation followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A with the goal to expand access to high-quality mediation education across the entire state of California and introduce mediators, attorneys, and allied professionals to the depth of programming SCMA provides year-round to its members. The theme of the 2026 conference is: Elevating Practice Through Expertise: Serving Families with Skill, Strategy & Innovation.
