Shareholder Stephanie Downer will be a speaker at the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada on September 16, 2025 at 7:30AM. She will speak on the topic “Strategic Planning on Using Irrevocable Trusts.” This presentation will give an overview of the use of irrevocable trusts in wealth transfer tax planning, with special considerations regarding grantor and non-grantor trust for income tax purposes, irrevocable trusts for gifting strategies and charitable strategies.
