Alex Jurenka is an Associate in the Firm’s Sacramento office and a member of the Health Care practice group. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Jurenka was an associate attorney in the Sacramento office of a national law firm, as well as a California-wide law firm, where he represented hospitals and medical professionals in civil litigation matters. During his time in law school, Mr. Jurenka worked as a Patent Specialist, with an emphasis on biotechnology applications. Mr. Jurenka also interned at a medical device company where he worked on projects related to patent litigation, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and global trade.
Mr. Jurenka utilizes his educational background in microbiology to advance his health care clients’ interests in connection with the scientific issues that arise during the course of their litigation.
