Andrea Hutson is an Attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She serves as an integral part of legal teams representing clients in construction, real estate, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other complex commercial disputes. Ms. Hutson works closely with clients to resolve business conflicts, protect their interests, and achieve favorable outcomes through strategic advocacy and practical problem-solving. Whether conducting legal research, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, or preparing demand letters, Ms. Hutson approaches each matter with efficiency, focus, and meticulous attention to detail. Because the legal landscape is constantly evolving, she prioritizes staying current on new regulations, judicial decisions, and emerging legal theories that impact her clients and their industries. Her adaptability enables her to adjust litigation strategies as cases develop and circumstances change.
