Andrew Pinter is an attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Litigation practice group and of Buchalter’s Trade Secrets, Employee Mobility & Restrictive Covenants team. He focuses his practice on business litigation and complex business disputes, and strives to achieve the best results for his clients in a cost-effective manner that aligns with his client’s goals. Representing national corporations, local business, and individuals, Andrew’s practice specializes in civil litigation, specifically breach of contract, business torts, construction disputes, and employee mobility.

Mr. Pinter has experience representing clients in various stages of the litigation process including matters in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration. Whether it is through advising clients pre-suit, or litigating a case to the very end, Andrew’s thoughtful approach to litigation consistently provides favorable results for his clients.

Mr. Pinter is currently serving as the pro bono chair for the Atlanta office.
