Andrew Pinter is an attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Litigation practice group and of Buchalter’s Trade Secrets, Employee Mobility & Restrictive Covenants team. His practice focuses on various forms of business litigation and complex commercial disputes, specializing in civil litigation, specifically breach of contract, business torts, construction disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, premises liability litigation, and employee mobility.

Through both complex legal briefing or oral argument, Andrew has successfully represented national corporations, local business, and individuals in state and federal courts, as well as at mediation and arbitration. He strives to achieve the best results for his clients in a cost effective manner that aligns with his client’s goals. From advising clients pre-suit to litigating a case to the very end, Andrew’s thoughtful approach to litigation makes him a trusted advisor to many clients, and consistently provides favorable results for his clients.

Mr. Pinter is currently serving as the pro bono chair for the Atlanta office.
