Annie (Yoon Jae) Lee is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Francisco office and a member of the Health Care practice group. Ms. Lee has experience in the healthcare industry on regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to joining Buchalter, she counseled healthcare entities on matters pertaining to regulatory enforcement, corporate practice of medicine, licensing under the Knox-Keene Act, and various other health care related matters.
While in law school, Ms. Lee interned at the California Department of Public Health and the California Attorney General’s Healthcare Rights and Access Section. She worked on matters relating to the Department’s authority to issue public health directives over different entities within the state of California and other matters pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to law school, Ms. Lee received her Master’s in Health Administration and worked with the Patient Blood Management team at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. In her free time, Ms. Lee enjoys hiking and trying out new local restaurants in the Bay Area.
