Bryn Spradling is a Shareholder in the Firm’s San Diego office and member of both the Corporate Practice Group and Health Care Practice Group. Mr. Spradling practices general business and corporate law, health care law and real estate law, focusing on contractual arrangements in business transactions, representing both individuals and entities, with a large portion of his practice involving clients in the health care field.
In the corporate law arena, Mr. Spradling’s practice areas include individual and corporate business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. He is experienced in entity selection and formation of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, intellectual property/technology strategy and licensing, documenting essential early relationships, buy/sell arrangements between shareholders and other business partners, and non-competition and non-solicitation arrangements.
From a health care law standpoint, Mr. Spradling regularly represents individual physicians, medical groups and other providers in connection with entity formation and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he provides counseling and guidance relating to negotiation and documentation of employment, independent contractor, shareholder and partnership agreements and related business arrangements. He also assists in the formation and structuring of Management Service Organizations and documentation of related transactions with health care providers.
