Christina Ribble is an Attorney in the Firm’s Scottsdale office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. Christina’s practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of industrial, retail, office, hotel, and mixed use developments. She has experience handling the real estate components of solar energy facilities, and has assisted on numerous sophisticated transactions. Christina represents real estate investment trusts, real estate developers, commercial real estate owners, as well as landlords and tenants, of various property types throughout the United States.
