Cory Mull is an Attorney in the Firm’s Atlanta office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. Mr. Mull’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property strategic advising, including review of patentability and noninfringement search results and preparation of associated opinions.

Mr. Mull’s practice covers a diverse range of technologies, including medical devices, mechanical power transmission systems, mineral extraction, industrial drying, infrastructure components and associated equipment, construction equipment, LED lighting systems, wireless communication equipment, firearms, insulated packaging systems, and various consumer products. Mr. Mull’s litigation experience includes cases before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Mull worked in the design, fabrication, and operation of oil and gas production and processing facilities throughout Eurasia and Africa, with additional experience in offshore construction and subsea technology. Mr. Mull’s prior experience also includes designing and building automated machinery for the food and beverage packaging industry. Mr. Mull draws on his extensive experience in engineering and project management allowing him to effectively interface with clients and inventors while quickly appreciating the value and ingenuity of complex technological solutions.
