Dakota Pearce is an Attorney in Buchalter’s Seattle office and a member of the Firm’s Insolvency Practice Group. He represents secured and unsecured creditors, as well as debtors, in a broad range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. His practice includes substantial experience in fraudulent transfer, preference, and non-dischargeability litigation, along with advising clients on the full spectrum of insolvency proceedings. Mr. Pearce also has experience in out-of-court workouts.
Prior to joining Buchalter, Mr. Pearce served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He was also an extern for the Honorable Frederick P. Corbit in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington during his time in law school.
