Emma York is an Attorney in the Firm’s San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. York’s practice focuses on providing counsel in the area of commercial and residential real estate litigation, easement and boundary disputes, contract claims, and general business litigation.
As a former San Diego County Public Defender, Ms. York has extensive in-court experience, including a first chair role in five jury trials. Since joining Buchalter, Ms. York has supported one of the Firm’s most active trial teams, including providing third chair support in a $450 million real estate litigation matter.
