Grace Jang is an Attorney in the Firm’s Seattle office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Ms. Jang has advised private and public companies across industries on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital financings, investment management, and corporate governance.

  • Represented Radix Law and its equity owners in the strategic acquisition by Aprio, the 24th largest business advisory and accounting firm in the U.S., to form Aprio Legal LLC, an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) law firm. The transaction was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a 2025 “Deal of the Year” and marked the first combination of two separately licensed ABS entities in the U.S. professional services market.
