Gurkaran Bhatti is an Associate in the firm’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Partnering with experienced shareholders, he focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation as well as estate planning matters.

Mr. Bhatti represents clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, labor and employment related claims, among others. He assists in all aspects of litigation, mediation, and arbitration, including taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, pre-trial motions, and briefs, conducting legal research, and discovery.

In addition to his litigation practice, Gurkaran collaborates with firm attorneys to counsel individuals and families on estate planning, helping them develop strategies that protect assets and align with their financial goals.
