Jacqueline Reyes is an Attorney in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Commercial Finance practice group.
Ms. Reyes is active in Buchalter’s commercial lending practice. She represents financial institutions, sponsors, institutional investors as well as private companies in connection with negotiating, structuring and documenting a range of financing transactions. The transactions include senior-secured, asset-based, syndicated, cash-flow, cross-border, working capital financing, commercial solar financing, and acquisition financing. Ms. Reyes also works on financing secured by real property.
