Jasmine Vargas is a member of Buchalter’s Health Care Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. She advises health care providers and organizations on complex business and regulatory matters, including physician self-referral and anti-kickback laws, the corporate practice of medicine, fraud and abuse compliance, and privacy and security requirements.
Ms. Vargas represents a broad range of clients—from physician groups and management services organizations to hospitals, telehealth companies, med spas, and home health agencies—on transactions and operational matters. Her work includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management services agreements, corporate governance, licensing, and professional recruitment.
