- Assisted in representing Superior Tank Lines Holding Company, Inc. in its merger with Williams Tank Lines, two of the largest petroleum carriers in the Unites States, and both ESOP-owned companies.
- Assisted in representing Nutrislice in its sale to Accel-KKR (AKKR). Nutrislice provides digital solutions for the foodservice industry, specializing in non-commercial settings such as K-12 schools, universities, and hospitals.
